Kelee Flannery, Board Member
1982 Southern Illinois University Carbondale
Kelee Flannery graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1982, after studying Administration of Justice with a specialization in paralegal investigation. She has spent most of her working life involved in managing real estate assets all over the United States and in the United Kingdom.
In 2011 she became the manager of the Historic Grove Arcade in downtown Asheville. After 5 ½ years of making this already beautiful building an economic success, the property interests were finally able to be sold by Duke Energy to a new caretaker.
Kelee remained with her company, Tessier Associates, and is now charged with new business development for the company, as well as, acting as a Senior Property Manager for both commercial and residential properties.
Tim Grutzius, Board Member

After a 25-year career with the Alsip (Illinois) Fire Department, Tim retired at the rank of Lieutenant/Paramedic in 2019. He and his wife (Judy) of 24 years relocated to the Flat Rock area in June of 2020. In addition to Stand T.A.L.L., Tim does volunteer work with Illinois Firefighter Peer Support, and the Firefighter Cancer Support Network. Additionally, he is a personal trainer, health coach, Reiki Master practitioner, and a yoga teacher candidate (starting June of 2021). He looks forward to furthering the mission of Stand T.A.L.L. as well as exploring all that the State of North Carolina has to offer.

Over 30-years of business experience in fire, security and alarm systems technology at the executive levels of Vice President, CEO and Principal in private corporations as well as having served as a certified fire instructor. Kurt has a strong background in strategic business planning and contract negotiations. He will be heading up our Corporate Donor program.
